Sound Decision employs a number of highly skilled technicians. We are always looking for additional personnel for help in all areas of production. Please check out our employment page for more details. MARK HARTZELL, owner and head of systems engineering at Sound Decision, holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Audio Engineering from The Ohio State University. He has quite a diverse background from house engineer at the OSU Collage of the Arts doing classical recitals to remote multitrack digital recordings at Milwaukee's Metalfest. Mark draws from over 25 years experience both on and off stage. Unlike a lot of "bigger" companies, Mark oversees every show and is committed to make sure your event runs smoothly. This is probably why he is often hired for engineering duties on "third party rigs."Here are some highlights of Mark's
career:
"This is a demanding industry, one that you must enjoy and be willing to work long and hard hours. I am fortunate to be working with people that not only love what they do, but excel at it!"

between lighting, scenery, audio, and audience perspective. This makes him
a valuable asset at Sound Decision.
